CARES Nomination

Violence Prevention East would like to invite you to nominate a student for the CARES award.

We are looking for a student in Grade 9-12 who demonstrates the following:

C – Citizenship. The student works to make their school and community a better place.
A – Advocate. The student has been a leader or active in violence prevention activities in their school
R – Respect. The student respects people and property. They treat others the way they want to be treated.
E- Empathy. The student is kind and compassionate toward others, understanding of others feelings.
S - Stood Up - Stood up against bullying/violence in their school or community.

If you think you know someone who meets these criteria, please reach out to VPE or your guidance counselor for nomination forms before Feb 24th 2021. The draw will be Feb 26th, 2021 on Stand Up Day!
